SECOND MAJOR LATIN AMERICAN BROKERAGE SELECTS FIX FLYER

NEW YORK, NY — May 24, 2010 — FIX Flyer, provider of the world’s fastest FIX Engine, today announces another major Latin American brokerage firm selected the FIX Flyer Engine and Daytona monitoring platform as the core component of their electronic trading infrastructure. The client will deploy the platform to manage their clients’ order flow and for routing to exchanges such as the Mexican Stock Exchange (Bolsa Mexicana) using FIX.

The solution uses IBM WebSphere MQ Low Latency Messaging (LLM) to integrate FIX Flyer’s high performance FIX Engine and Daytona monitoring into the client’s Order Management System and operations environment. The solution combines IBM LLM and the FIX adapter to provide:

• High speed, scalable, and deterministic order processing
• Tools for managing FIX order traffic including sending rejects and busting trades
• Real time latency and metrics on both the messaging and business level
• Comprehensive high–availability and redundancy to ensure non-stop service during extreme periods of market volatility

FIX Flyer worked with IBM and leveraged both their technical and sales resources in order to win the deal. Importantly, IBM also provided FIX Flyer with testing systems at its Waltham, Massachusetts IBM Innovation Center for a series of highly productive performance tuning sessions.
